A third Hocus Pocus film is in the works! Sean Bailey, president of Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture Production, confirmed that a third film will be happening. Hocus Pocus stars Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy, with the sequel featuring Sam Richardson, Tony Hale, Hannah Waddingham, and more.

A musical adaption of Hocus Pocus might be coming to Broadway. The original film's producer, David Kirschner, has revealed that a stage adaption of the cult classic is in the works. Directed by Kenny Ortega, the original film starred Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy.

Otherworld Theatre Company, the premier sci-fi and fantasy theatrical production company in North America, today announced that Doug Jones (STAR TREK DISCOVERY, PAN'S LABYRINTH, the upcoming NOSFERATU) will appear at the venue at 3914 N. Clark St. on Sunday, April 10, 2022, participating in several of Otherworld's signature programs. 

Ginger Minj shot a scene for the film in November of 2020. The scene reportedly involved three drag queens dressed up as the three Sanderson sisters, including Minj impersonating Bette Midler's character of Winifred Sanderson. The film also includes Sarah Jessica Parker, Kathy Najimy, Hannah Waddingham, and more.

The gala was held on Saturday night, February 19, 2022, before a live audience at The Beverly Hilton Hotel. It was also livestreamed to an audience of millions worldwide.
