New Cast of Hogwarts Students Join HBO HARRY POTTER Series

Several young performers have joined the cast of the HBO Harry Potter series as Hogwarts students. Among the new additions are stage alums Cian Eagle-Service, Jazmyn Lewin and Laila Barwick.

Hans Zimmer and Bleeding Fingers will compose a new score for the HBO Original Harry Potter series, debuting in 2027 on HBO and HBO Max. As a group, they will be the fifth group of songwriters to score the Harry Potter stories onscreen.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, the critically acclaimed production of John Logan's Red with Alfred Molina and Alfred Enoch will be screened in selected cinemas across the UK and North America on November 7 2018. Filmed at the Wyndham's Theatre, where it completes its run on July 28, the production is based on Grandage's original 2009 Donmar Warehouse production, that went on to win six Tony Awards including for Best Play and Best Direction of a Play.
