Magical Music for Life Foundation presents its second annual Tunes in Times Square benefit concert Sunday, May 5, 2013 at 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on the Broadway Pedestrian Plaza between 46th & 47th Streets in Times Square. This will be a continuous sing-a-thon, with members of the Broadway community, talented children & groups from the tri-state area, and the Magical Music singing groups taking turns on the stage.

Broadway's most magical musical MARY POPPINS celebrates its 2000th performance at the New Amsterdam Theatre on Sunday, September 4. A co-production by Disney and Cameron Mackintosh, MARY POPPINS is the third Disney Theatrical Productions show (following Beauty and the Beast and The Lion King) and the fifth Cameron Mackintosh show (joining Cats, Les Misérables, The Phantom of the Opera and Miss Saigon) to play 2000 or more Broadway performances.

ASHLEY BROWN, Broadway's original MARY POPPINS, returns to the company on Tuesday, March 8 (7pm) at the New Amsterdam Theatre. Brown will assume the title role through Sunday, July 17 (Laura Michelle Kelly, currently playing the role, will take a brief hiatus for a film project, returning to the show on Tuesday, July 19). Brown reunites with her original Broadway ‘Bert,' co-star Gavin Lee, having last performed with him when they launched and headlined the MARY POPPINS North American tour.
