MARY POPPINS, Broadway's perfectly magical musical, is pleased to welcome all new Banks children to the Broadway cast: Brigid Harrington and Kara Oates will alternate the role of Jane Banks with Rozi Baker and Lewis Grosso will alternate the role of Michael Banks with David Gabriel Lerner and Anthony Scarpone-Lambert. (Harrington and Grosso mark their official Broadway debut tonight, Tuesday, May 10; Oates will begin performances on Tuesday, May 24.) Presented by Thomas Schumacher of Disney Theatrical Productions and Cameron Mackintosh, MARY POPPINS performs at the New Amsterdam Theatre (214 West 42nd Street, NYC).

The Broadway production currently stars Ashley Brown in the titlerole and Gavin Lee as Bert. The cast also features Karl Kenzler as George Banks, Megan Osterhaus as Winifred Banks, Valerie Boyle as Mrs. Brill, Ann Arvia as Bird Woman, Andrew Keenan-Bolger as Robertson Ay, Ruth Gottschall as Miss Andrew and Jonathan Freeman as Admiral Boom.

Brigid Harrington (Jane Banks at certain performances). Hometown: Barnegat, NJ. Regional: White Christmas (Susan Waverly) at Walnut Street Theatre. Voice of Koko on Disney Channel's "Chuggington." Mary Poppins marks her Broadway debut.

Lewis Grosso (Michael Banks at certain performances). Hometown: Park Ridge, NJ. Regional: 25th anniversary production of Les Misérables (Gavroche) and Peter Pan (Michael Darling) at Paper Mill Playhouse. Mary Poppins marks his Broadway debut.

Kara Oates (Jane Banks at certain performances). Hometown: White River Township, IN. Broadway debut as Keeley Gibson in Billy Elliot. National tour: Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

With four productions currently running on three continents, MARY POPPINS is one of the biggest stage musical successes to emerge from London or New York in recent years. Worldwide to date, the six productions of the show have grossed over $521 million, welcomed 7 million guests and cumulatively run 11.5 years. The musical is the winner of 36 major theatre awards around the globe, including Tony®, Olivier and Evening Standard awards.

MARY POPPINS received its worldwide premiere at the Prince Edward Theatre in the West End in December 2004. Following its successful three-year London run, the production launched an acclaimed U.K. tour.

The Broadway production of MARY POPPINS officially opened at the New Amsterdam Theatre on November 16, 2006, recouping its initial Broadway investment within 52 weeks of its premiere in 2006. MARY POPPINS is the only show from the 2006-2007 theatrical season still in performance.

The MARY POPPINS North American tour has garnered continuous critical praise and achieved box office success since its launch in Chicago in March 2009.

MARY POPPINS can also be seen in Scheveningen, Netherlands (outside of Amsterdam at the Circus Theatre) and Sydney, Australia (at the Capitol Theatre). Productions of MARY POPPINS have also been mounted in Finland, Denmark and the Czech Republic.
