Julie Hesmondhalgh will join the cast of the world premiere of James Graham's new play Punch, directed by Adam Penford and opening at Nottingham Playhouse on 4 May.

The cast has been set for A TASTE OF HONEY by Shelagh Delaney and directed by Emma Baggott  at Royal Exchange. Performances run 15 March – 13 April.

The Royal Shakespeare Company has released production images and a new trailer for Falkland Sound, which is currently in previews at the Swan Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon, with press night on Tuesday 15 August. Check out the photos and video here!

Casting has been announced for Travis Alabanza's first play for the Royal Court Theatre, Sound of the Underground. Theatr Clwyd today announces the cast for the world première production of acclaimed playwright Katherine Chandler's A Pretty Sh*tty Love. Inspired by true events of a woman buried alive by her abusive partner that shook Wales and reverberated around the world, Francesca Goodridge directs Danielle Bird as Hayley and Daniel Hawksford as Carl. In this dynamic new play, Hayley and Carl journey through complexities of love and life, dreaming of love, living in fear and finding the strength to pull yourself out.

This February, Mischief returns to the Belgrade Theatre with its usual brand of calamitous comedy in Groan Ups. The farcical tale of growing up runs on the Belgrade's Main Stage from Mon 28 Feb – Sat 5 March. 

The Octagon Theatre and Theatre by the Lake have today announced the cast for their upcoming production of Kes, Barry Hines' powerful modern classic drama that comes to the Octagon Theatre Bolton from Thu 10 March - Sat 2 April and to Theatre by the Lake from Wed 6 - Sat 30 April

Olivier award winning comedy favourites, Mischief, announce full casting for their very first UK tour of Groan Ups. The touring cast presents: Daniel Abbott (Archie), Jamie Birkett (Chemise, Miss Murray), Matt Cavendish (Simon), Killian Macardle (Paul, Mr White), Yolanda Ovide (Moon), Dharmesh Patel (Spencer), Lauren Samuels (Katie), with understudies Paul Brown and Holly Sumpton.

Sweet peas in the garden; homemade lemon curd in the kitchen; conjugal joy in the bedroom. Judy (Sandy Foster) and Johnny (Tom Kanji) seem to be the perfect couple - quite sickeningly happy, in fact. But is their marriage everything it seems? Are there cracks in their domestic bliss? And where do they go when the manners and morals of the 1950s don't quite suit them?

The full company has been confirmed for the world premiere of Zoe Cooper's new play The Flock, which runs at Chichester Festival Theatre's Minerva Theatre from 6 – 28 August, with a press night on 12 August.

Lockwood Henderson Productions will present the first London revival of 'Constellations' by Nick Payne at Southwark Playhouse, directed by Jonathan O'Boyle, and starring Ronkẹ Adékoluẹjo and Oliver Johnstone. The play will run Thursday 26 November - Saturday 19 December, 2020.

Southwark Playhouse today announced Nick Payne's Constellations as the next show to follow the current run of The Last Five Years and Philip Ridley's The Poltergeist in its new socially distanced auditorium. The production will play for three weeks from 26 November - 19 December 2020 to a live socially distanced audience of 110.
