Valencia Arts Students to Collaborate on 50th Anniversary Concert

Drawing on court testimony, lawsuit filings and secret corporate documents, some of them only recently uncovered,[Miss] follows FDA researcher Dr. Frances Oldham Kelsey (Nicole Darden Creston) as she reviews a new drug application submitted by doctors from the William S. Merrell Company (Russell Trahan and Jeff Hole) for the world's first safe sleeping pill.

In the Henegar Center's stage re-imagining of Disney's beloved tale and Victor Hugo's classic novel, there are no friendly goat sidekicks, but a plethora of that nostalgic music and imagery remains.

Dorn will share stories from his illustrious career in an "Inside the Actor's Studio" format hosted by Jim Helsinger, Artistic Director at Orlando Shakespeare Theater. After the discussion, audience members will have the opportunity to participate in a brief question and answer session. Last night, Ariel and her underwater friends swam into the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts for a weeklong stay, appropriately at the Walt Disney Theatre. The limited engagement, which originated at Seattle's 5th Avenue Theatre in November 2016, is a silly dose of fun and nostalgia for theatregoers of all ages. Though there are performances and elements that seem less than fitting for the grand Dr. Phillips stage, the show as a whole ends up being more than the sum of its parts.
