Come discover the next generation of opera talent. The MetOpera National Councils Auditions is one of the most prestigious opera competitions in the world. In this second round of competition, thirteen singers will compete for a chance to audition on the Met stage. Each singer will present two arias before a panel of three judges. The performance will conclude with the announcement of the winners. A reception with the judges and singers will be held after - please visit www.nycmonc.org for tickets and further information. National Council winners are among the world's leading opera stars - including Eric Owens, Michael Fabiano, Angela Meade.
