Set on a vibrant Harlem block, the story follows 10-year old Kameeka as she chases her dream of becoming the Hula Hoopin’ Queen of 139th Street. When preparations for Miz Adline’s birthday shift her plans, Kameeka discovers that caring for family and community can be the greatest victory of all.
