Best of Broadway at Carnegie Hall

The award-winning ensemble of European musical theater soloists, 4 Musical Tenors, returns to Zankel Hall to perform beloved songs from Broadway musicals, including The Phantom of the Opera, Aladdin, Jesus Christ Superstar, and The Greatest Showman. They are joined by guest artists from Broadway productions, such as Daniel Assetta (& Juliet), Heather Makalani (Moulin Rouge! The Musical), and Rachel Zatcoff (Phantom of the Opera).

Founded in 2017 by producer Janis Sidovsky, 4 Musical Tenors brings together four distinguished soloists from Czech musical theatre. Their sound — a fusion of classical operatic technique and contemporary pop expression — sets them apart on the global crossover scene.

“The color of their vocal harmony is unique because they combine a high tenor with a baritenor, a classical opera voice with a pop voice,” said Maestro Marcello Rota, Andrea Bocelli’s longtime conductor, following their acclaimed debut at the Proms Gala in Prague.

The ensemble recorded Vltava by Bedrich Smetana with the Grammy Award–winning Czech National Symphony Orchestra, earning a place on Spotify’s global classical playlist. With more than 16 million YouTube views and multiple Gold and Platinum albums awarded under European music industry standards, 4 Musical Tenors have become ambassadors of modern vocal elegance.

Their American debut at Carnegie Hall’s Zankel Hall in May 2024 was praised by Broadway World as “heavenly harmony.” Music critic Jan Vlček of the Academy of Popular Music wrote, “Alongside Il Divo and Il Volo, the Czech-Slovak 4 Tenors represent the very pinnacle of the crossover genre.”
