Auckland Improv Marathon at Factory Theatre

Auckland Improv Marathon is the most improv you can fit into one weekend! This jubilant celebration of the thriving improvised theatre community in Tmaki Makaurau features 4 workshops, 8 shows, and 2 community jams in the space of just over 24 hours.

If you're an actor or improvisor looking to expand your skills, we have 4 workshops on Saturday 19 October from world-class instructors covering everything from physicality to gender studies.

If you're looking for entertainment, we've got 8 shows across Friday and Saturday, all in the stunning Factory Theatre in Onehunga.

If you're looking for community and connection, we've got a jam on Friday night and a jam on Saturday night for you to get involved and do some improv yourself in a low-pressure environment.

This event is not to be missed, the Auckland Improv Marathon is your only chance to find this much great improv all within the same weekend! Plus, this year all of our show tickets are "pay what you choose" pricing.
