Promethean Theatre Company presents Annie Baker’s THE FLICK, winner of the 2014 Pulitzer Prize for Drama, directed by Stephen M. Eckert and featuring Stephen Foley, Khiry Armstead, Susan Lannigan.
In a run-down single-screen movie theater auditorium in central Massachusetts three minimum wage employees sweep popcorn, mop the floors, and tend to one of the last 35mm projectors in the state. The daily monotony of the cinema becomes a backdrop for the small milestones and challenges of their lives as they each search for authenticity in world often filled with insincerity.?
