New Jersey’s George Street Playhouse has announced full season subscriptions to the 2021-22 Season are now available! The season will include four plays, plus the East Coast premiere of the musical A Walk on the Moon, to be presented on the stage of the New Brunswick Performing Arts Center.
New Jersey's George Street Playhouse will return to in-person performances this fall with a newly announced full season line-up.
Founded in 1974 by former Rutgers faculty member Eric Krebs, George Street Playhouse started life in a repurposed supermarket on George Street in New Brunswick, NJ. Echoing the mission of its mainstage season, GSP's Touring Theatre features three issue-oriented productions commissioned by the Playhouse and are seen by more than 35,000 students annually. The plays presented by the Touring Theatre address issues such as tolerance, respect, climate change and health and wellness.
