The Palace Theatre Presents Simon & Garfunkel Songbook 10/30

By: Oct. 07, 2010

The Palace Theatre in downtown Manchester, NH will present the Simon & Garfunkel Songbook featuring an evening of songs and stories performed by Aztec Two-Step on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at 7:00 pm. When Rex Fowler and Neal Shulman, the critically acclaimed duo Aztec Two-Step, burst on the scene in 1972 with their Elektra Records debut, they were reviewed as having the "intellectual lyricism" and "ethereal harmonies" of their legendary predecessors, Simon & Garfunkel.
Renowned for bringing the folk/rock music of the 1960s into the '70s and beyond, Aztec Two-Step continues to be one of acoustic music's most respected and enduring acts. While the duo possesses a rich musical legacy of their own, it only makes sense that they would choose to interpret and perform the timeless songs and harmonies of Simon & Garfunkel.

Aztec Two-Step appears for one night only on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $29.50 - $39.50. The $39.50 tickets include a pre show meet and greet with the band and premium seating. To purchase tickets please call the Palace Theatre box office at (603) 668-5588 or visit www.palacetheatre.org.
