TRP Continues 60th Anniversary Season With THE DINING ROOM, 11/18-12/18

Theatre in the Round Players (TRP) continues its 60th Anniversary Season as the longest-running theatre in Minneapolis with A. R. Gurney's The Dining Room in weekend performances November 18 through December 18, 2011.
Once upon a time, the dining room was the hub of American family life, and this charming mosaic of scenes follows the dining room from that time through today. In an acting tour-de-force, in which each cast member plays roles of all ages and types, we watch as the changes in the dining room over the years reflect the changes of our lives. Lynn Musgrave directs a cast featuring John Adler, Ann Carroll, Ken Chester, Tina Frederickson, MaryLynn Mennicke, and Nate Stanger. Sets are designed by Michel Hoover, costumes by Sophie Shippee Schneider, and lighting by A. Camille Holthaus.
An audience discussion with members of the company will follow the matinee performance on Sunday, December 11th.
