A chilling new psychological horror play directed by Emalie Belokon Miami Lakes, FL – Sept 29, 2025 — Main Street Players is proud to announce its upcoming production of Here, Chew-Chew, a new full-length horror play written by Miami playwright Armando Santana and directed by Emalie Belokon. Performances will run October 17 – November 2, 2025 at Main Street Players Theatre in Miami Lakes. More psychological than slasher, Here, Chew-Chew takes audiences into an unsettling world where grief, decay, and the unseen collide. The story follows Perdita, a woman grieving in isolation, haunted by a mysterious presence that lingers just beyond sight. Shadows lengthen, domestic spaces warp, and reality itself begins to slip away in a chilling theatrical experience designed to make audiences look twice and then look away. “This is not a play about gore; it’s a play about atmosphere, distortion, and the horror of what you cannot fully see,” says playwright Armando Santana. “The less the audience knows, the more terrifying it becomes.”
