The fall ushers in one of the most stunning Broadway blockbusters of all time, Miss Saigon on stage September 21 through October 23 at the Ogunquit Playhouse. Miss Saigon is set during the turmoil of the Vietnam War, where an American soldier, played by Gregg Goodbrod, and a Vietnamese girl, played by Jennifer Paz, fall in love, only to be separated during the fall of Saigon.

A tiny, sun-baked desert island. Two men. One hat. If that sounds like a recipe for trouble, it's all of that and more in Best Enemies, Michael Kimball's cowboy comedy, set to run at the Acorn Studio Theatre tonight. Rex and Cody are lone survivors of a sabotaged rodeo cruise. To preserve their sanity, they've invented imaginary geography and instituted laws and punishments, but ultimately they go to war over their shared cowboy hat.

Ogunquit Playhouse Announces ASL Performances for MISS SAIGON

Miss Saigon, now on stage at the Ogunquit Playhouse, is receiving rave reviews from audiences and critics alike. Thanks to funding by the Donato J. Tramuto Foundation, this stunning Broadway blockbuster will be offered to the hearing impaired and deaf communities during two special performances with American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters. The first is for the general public on Thursday, October 13, at 8PM during the regularly scheduled performance. The second is for a special performance exclusively for Middle and High School students on Wednesday, October 19th at 10AM.

When Hackmatack Playhouse Owner/Producer Michael Guptill greeted patrons preceding a show last Wednesday night, he mentioned that the next show, opening Wednesday, August 17 would be Alfred Hitchcock's 'The 39 Steps.' A woman from the audience shouted out, 'It's a great show, everyone must see it!' Guptill was pleased, 'Wow, there's an unplanned, spontaneous, compliment. It is a great play!' 'I'll be here!' she replied.
