LFL’s production of Legacy of Light marks the Louisville premiere of a script that is a luminous exploration of women scientists intertwined with the expanding definition of motherhood, which was originally commissioned by Arena Stage in Washington DC. DC Theatre Scene declared, “Zacarías, doing her finest writing to date…equates the laws of physical science with human love and uses magical realism in some dreamlike moments to draw together her serendipitous stories.” Performances at Henry Clay Theatre 604 S.
