On his 50th birthday, Chris raises a glass—and opens a floodgate of regrets. After a heated argument with his wife, a sudden lightning strike sends him hurtling 30 years into the past, back to the wild night that changed everything.

But memory is a tricky thing.

As he comes face to face with their younger selves—and the old flames who once set their world on fire—he realizes the past isn’t exactly how they remember it. What unfolds is messy, hilarious, and unexpectedly tender, forcing them to confront who they were, who they became, and whether their love can survive the truth.

Heat Lightning is a sharp, funny, and heartfelt comedy about memory, misremembering, and the moments that shape our lives.
