The House Always Wins is a world-premiere original musical written, directed, and starring Carli Wright, presented as part of the 2026 Hollywood Fringe Festival. The folksy play features a musically inclined ghost tasked with haunting her childhood home by The House, an echo of her ancestral line, while navigating unwelcome visitors and the possibility of breaking a generational curse. Pulling inspiration from horror, rom-coms, and musicals, the show features a 7-person revolving cast, live acoustic songs, and a PowerPoint presentation.
