Thommy Ten and Amelie Van Tass(The Clairvoyants) were born and raised in Austria and now reside both there and in America. When they met in 2011, they began to develop their second sight act, and two months later brought it to the stage for the first time. In 2014, they received their first long-term contract in America when they performed in the showThe Illusionariumby Jeff Hobson. They were subsequently offered a featured spot inThe Illusionists,the largest touring magic show in the world, produced by Simon Painter. WithThe Illusionists, they toured Australia, Mexico and the Middle East and, since that time, have also appeared inThe Illusionists 2.0, The Illusionists Live From BroadwayandThe Illusionists Turn of the Centuryon Broadway. In 2016, they were Finalists on Americas Got Talent, chosen from more than 100,000 contestants. Van Tass and Ten were awarded the German Champions of Mentalism, Magicians of the Year, 2015 and, were enthusiastically chosen as the World Champions of Mentalism, 2015, a prize that hadnt been awarded in 30 years. The magical pair also scooped the Magician AMA award for Stage Magician of the Year in 2017. They are currently touring America and Europe with continued sold out shows and standing ovations.

March 03, 2020After performing in over 100 sold out casinos throughout the United States and touring worldwide, The Clairvoyants are kicking off 2020 with a brand new interactive live show in which audiences will be involved throughout the show and will experience the magic in their minds and hands. In addition to never before seen tricks, The Clairvoyants Experience will feature the duo's dog, Mr. Koni Hundini, as part of the show taking place on Saturday, March 14 at 8:00 pm at La Mirada Theatre for the Performing Arts, 14900 La Mirada Blvd. in La Mirada. To prepare myself for The Clairvoyants Experience, I wanted to find out more about Thommy Ten and Amelie van Tass, the two extraordinary clairvoyants who are taking the world by storm.
