When her mysterious (and likely crazy) Aunt Edna passes away, Erin is left with a box containing the strangest, strongest, most terrifyingly incomprehensible item in the mortal experience.. A lava lamp! With a complete disregard to the warnings she’s given, she futzes with the lamp and, to everyone’s total shock and surprise, out pops a genie… In 70s clothes? Now Erin has to figure out a way to outsmart and outmaneuver this smooth-talking genie with a fondness for ironic, and often fatal, twists on the wishes she grants. Luckily, she didn’t have friends in school and used her time thinking up extremely specific ideas for this exact scenario. How convenient!
