Mexican guitarists bring their new Cuban band for a special show in February

Rodrigo y Gabriela will be touring the UK and Ireland with their new Cuban band, the C.U.B.A., featuring some of Havana's finest musicians. The dates are the first time Rod & Gab will have toured with a full band, and the shows will offer a unique opportunity to experience this already amazing live act as never before.

Rodrigo y Gabriela's new album, recorded with C.U.B.A., and entitled 'Area 52'; is released in the UK & Ireland on January 23rd. The album was recorded in Havana during the summer of 2011, and was produced by Peter Asher and Rodrigo. On the album, Rod & Gab revisit nine of their own original compositions with dramatic new arrangements featuring a thirteen-piece Cuban orchestra.
