TOROS at Rec Room Arts

Rec Room Arts will present the regional premiere of TOROS, a play by Danny Tejera, directed by Lily Wolff. The story follows three late-20-somethings—Toro, Juan, and Andrea—who navigate their identities and ambitions against the backdrop of a suburban garage in Madrid. As they confront the complexities of adulthood and their pasts, the play incorporates a poignant portrayal of Juan's aging golden retriever, Tica, offering deep reflections on loyalty and neglect. The cast features Andrew Chavez, Rolando Chusan, Gigi Chavez, and Greg Dean, bringing this haunting exploration of youth and reality to life.
