Equity actors for chorus singer parts in GREASE (See breakdown).

All roles will be understudied.

Chicago based performers are encouraged to submit.

All gender identities, ethnicities, ages, and disabilities will be fully and fairly considered for all roles and are encouraged to submit for said roles.

Singers are not required to submit the dance material but may and are encouraged to submit both. If called for in-person callbacks, Singers will be required to dance.

BREAKDOWN

SEEKING

CHA-CHA, aka CHARLENE DIGREGORIO: High school teen (Range: Alto, C4–C5) The best dancer at St. Bernadette's; outspoken, she wins the dancing competition with Danny.

JOHNNY CASINO: High school teen (Range: Tenor, G4- E5) All-American, rock-star “greaser” student at Rydell High, whose real name is Clarence.

THE PINK LADIES: Ensemble (Soprano,Alto) The club-jacketed, gum-chewing, hip-swinging girls' gang who hang around with the Burger Palace Boys.

THE BURGER PALACE BOYS: Ensemble (Tenor, Bass) A super-cool, D.A.- haired, hard-looking group of high school wheeler-dealers...or so they think.
