Firehouse Theater Company is proud to present When We Were Young and Unafraid from February 15 through March 14, 2020. Performances are Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30 PM, and Sundays at 2:00 PM. Tickets are $25 for adults, $23 for students/seniors/military and $20 for groups of 10 or more. Having been such an asset to the youth theatre summer camps last year, Will and Sam will make the transition smooth as they take the helm of these programs.

You'll learn about Artemisia, including her commissioning the creation of the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, and her penchant for mourning her husband's loss by drinking his ashes in her wine. And you'll be entertained by her non-sequiturs and side stories (yes, including a song about dirty woodcuts carved by monks).

Bessie has been caring for their father, along with his soap opera-obsessed sister. Now the two are thrown together as Bessie has just been diagnosed with leukemia and needs a bone marrow transplant.

The theatre may look sleepy right now, but in just under 5 months, Rocky Mountain Repertory Theatre will come alive, ready to present their blockbuster 2020 season. Kicking off the summer, on June 12, 2020, Rocky Mountain Rep opens Kinky Boots! Charlie Price has reluctantly inherited his father's shoe factory, which is on the verge of bankruptcy. Trying to live up to his father's legacy and save his family business, Charlie finds inspiration in the form of Lola, a fabulous entertainer in need of some sturdy stilettos. Lola turns out to be the one person who can help Charlie become the man that he is meant to be. As they work to turn the factory around, this unlikely pair find that they have more in common than they ever dreamed possible... and discover that, when you change your mind about someone, you can change your whole world.
