The production follows Violetta, a courtesan whose chance at happiness with the romantic Alfredo is undermined by illness and family interference. Chilean soprano Yaritza Véliz stars as Violetta, Mexican tenor Javier Camarena plays Alfredo, and Mexican baritone Alfredo Daza appears as Giorgio Germont. Guest conductor Iván López Reynoso leads The Dallas Opera Orchestra and Chorus in this Louisa Muller production.
