OhioHealth Capital City Half Marathon Announces Early Bird Registration Deadline, Today

The 14th Annual OhioHealth Capital City Half Marathon, Quarter Marathon and Commit To Be Fit 5K will take place on April 29, 2017. While "Cap City" has become "BIG TIME" with a 2 1/2-hour live broadcast of the event on WBNS 10TV and the host of the USATF Half Marathon National Championships for the second straight year, the focus remains on the CELEBRATION and PARTICIPATION of YOU.

M3S Sports and The Capital City Half Marathon's mission is to provide a REMARKABLE EVENT EXPERIENCE for YOU, their partners, and the ENTIRE community. They continue to strive to do that every day and with every event produced. The team has developed the "best tour of Columbus on two feet." The development of Columbus as a premier destination and one of the best running and walking communities in the country is truly remarkable.

The OhioHealth Capital City Half Marathon (13.1 miles) is complemented by the Quarter Marathon (6.55 miles) and the Commit to be Fit 5k (3.1), offering a variety of distances for ALL participants.

Those in the Half Marathon distance will be treated to the "best tour of Columbus on two feet" with numerous bands and deejays on course to keep you going.

New this year, the Commit To Be Fit 5K features a great partnership with the Let Me Run program, encouraging more than 100 middle school aged boys the opportunity to showcase their training efforts while building self-esteem and encouraging an active lifestyle.
