South Bend Civic Theatre announces "I-WANNA-B-AN-ACTOR," summer camp classes for 2011. Beginning June 13th, week-long half-day summer camps will be offered giving kids from kindergarten through high school fun, exciting, and immersive experiences in a wide range of theatre.

Director of Education Sara Bartlett and her team of energetic, talented, and kid-friendly teachers provide quality instruction in a fun and safe environment for learning. Studies have shown time and again the importance of arts education in child learning development. With avenues for arts learning being scaled back in the current economic and political climate, South Bend Civic Theatre reaffirms its commitment to providing area kids quality theatre experiences and education.
