The Green Room Announces Auditions For COMEDY OF ERRORS 7/19, 7/20

The Green Room is pleased to announce upcoming auditions for this year's Shakespeare in the Park production, The Comedy of Errors. Shakespeare in the Park is an annual collaboration between The Green Room, the City of Newton, and Robert Abbey, Inc.. Auditions will be held Monday, July 19 and Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at 7PM each night at Grace United Church of Christ, 117 East J Street, Newton, and are open to anyone age 10 and up. Those wishing to audition should wear comfortable clothes and be prepared to read from the script. Rehearsals will begin Sunday, July 25, 2010.

The Comedy of Errors is being directed by Hollie Sherrill and is Shakespeare's hilarious comedy of mistaken identities. It will be presented September 10, 11, 17, & 18, 2010 (rain dates are September 24 & 25) at 8 PM each evening on the amphitheatre stage at Southside Park in Newton. As in the past, this Shakespeare in the Park production is free of charge and open to the public!
