Photo Flash: Christina Bianco Brings The Energy and The Characters To A LOT TO UNPACK at Birdland Theater
When The Girl of a Thousand Voices throws a going-away concert, she leaves nothing unsaid... or unsung.
Recently Christina Bianco played two sold-out nights at the Birdland Theater, by way of saying fare ye well ... at least for a little while. The petite powerhouse heads to the UK for some work offers and will be camping out there until further notice, so her artistic home of many years was filled to the rafters for her act A LOT TO UNPACK. Because there are so many visuals that accompany the audibles in a show by The Girl of a Thousand Voices, this writer was reluctant to feature any of these photos in THIS review, opting for a second article showcasing some of the snaps that would paint a picture for the Broadway World Cabaret readers who weren't on hand for the SRO show. And (it has to be said) narrowing it down to these photos from the one thousand twenty three I shot was near impossible, but here they are, a collection of pics from A LOT TO UNPACK starring Christina Bianco.
The A LOT TO UNPACK band was Musical Director Brad Simmons, bassist Sean Murphy, and drummer Joe Choroszewski
