Golf-related Web Comedy Series, FORE!, to Debut 2/18
The much anticipated first episode of FORE!, a web comedy series produced by Watchfore LLC, launches Feb. 18 at watchfore.com.
In this and subsequent episodes, Fore! recounts the adventures and social blunders of four country club golfers who are social misfits in the eyes of everyone but themselves.
"Anyone who plays golf or knows golfers will identify with these characters," said Scott Pitney, executive producer and creator of Fore! "They're members at every club in America. The series is about golfers, but its humor reaches beyond the course."
Each episode will guest star a PGA Tour pro or other celebrity. The first four episodes feature Tom Byrum and Doug Pike. Tom Byrum won the Kemper Open and owns three top-10 finishes in major championships on the PGA Tour. Doug Pike is a veteran golf writer and broadcaster who has earned 100-plus state and national awards for writing, broadcasting, editing and photography.
Fore! proudly thanks TaylorMade and adidas for their products and promotional consideration in these premier episodes.
Fore! is directed by Brian Potter of Brian Potter Productions, in association with Cinematographer Jeffery Fountain's HuZu Productions. Carlos Tovar of FanboyFilmmaker.com is unit production manager. Casting services by SouthwestCasting.com of Houston, Texas.
