Never Shout Hits The Road For The Harmony Tour

With the end of Never Shout Never's summer-long stint on the Vans Warped tour in sight, the band has announced it will hit the road for a fall headlining tour with The Maine beginning October 19th in Seattle and criss-crossing the U.S. before winding up on November 27th in Chicago. Also on the bill are special guests I Can Make A Mess Like Nobody's Business and Carter Hulsey. Please see below for all dates.

The pre-sale for The Harmony Tour is August 16th through August 20th via Artist Arena (http://www.artistarena.com/) with tickets going on-sale to the general public beginning on Saturday, August 21st.

Never Shout Never, fronted by 19-year-old singer-songwriter Christofer Drew, will be on tour in support of its new album, Harmony, which will be released by Loveway/Sire Records on August 24th. Produced by Butch Vig (Green Day, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins), Harmony is the follow-up to Never Shout Never's critically heralded debut What Is Love?, which bowed at No. 24 on the Billboard Top 200 album chart, No. 2 on both the Alternative and Rock charts, No. 6 on the Digital Album chart, and No. 11 on the Internet album chart upon its release in January.

The video for Harmony's first single, "CheaterCheaterBestFriendEater" has been added at MTV Hits and mtvU, while another video, for the track "Coffee & Cigarettes," has been added at mtvU. Never Shout Never will perform on September 10th on the channel's "VMA Weekend" Friday Night Kickoff Party, as well appear on the mtvU VMA Tour, which begins in St. Louis, MO, on August 21st and wraps up August 29th in Atlanta, GA. NSN will be joined by special guests The Ready Set on all dates. In addition, Never Shout Never will host an entire week of Video Music Awards-themed programming on AMTV, MTV2, MTV Hits, and mtvU.

Never Shout Never recently release a deluxe digital single, Melody, exclusively through iTunes. It includes the album version of "CheaterCheaterBestFriendEater" and iTunes exclusive track "Coffee & Cigarettes," plus an audio interview with Vig about Harmony, ten exclusive photos by Drew, handwritten song lyrics to "Coffee & Cigarettes," and an iTunes exclusive video Drew made for "Coffee & Cigarettes."

A pre-order for a special iTunes LP version of Harmony, featuring the iTunes exclusive bonus track "Mailbox," videos for "CheaterCheaterBestFriendEater" and "Coffee & Cigarettes," a "Join the Band" sing-along feature, and 240 photos, has already begun. Those who pre-order will receive their iTunes LP version on Harmony's street date.
