In celebration of the 125th anniversary of Buffalo's historic Broadway Market, Road Less Traveled Productions will be staging a special one-time performance of The Kielbasa Diaries: A Butter Lamb Lies Down on Broadway tonight April 17th at 7:30pm. Written and Directed by Steve Roylance, the play is based on a collection of interviews conducted with actual visitors and employees of the world-famous Easter destination. The performance will take place at The Broadway Market and proceeds from ticket sales will benefit Friends of the Broadway Market (http://broadwaymarket.org/).

The Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra (RPO) announced its 2014-15 Philharmonics and Pops concerts in February, but today reveals the remainder of its 92nd season, presented by Dawn & Jacques Lipson. Subscriptions to OrKIDStra and Sunday Matinees are available today to new and renewing subscribers, and tickets for Specials are now available as add-ons to all 14/15 subscribers. Single tickets for all 14/15 concerts go on sale to the general public on Friday, August 1, 2014.

Due to licensing & rights issues, RLTP is unable to offer its typical Talkbacks for Mighty Taco Talkback Thursday and Friday Night Coffee Talk programs during its WNY Premiere of David Mamet's Race. Artists in every genre from all over the world have a little less than one month left to submit their shows to venues for the 2014 First Niagara Rochester Fringe Festival (Thursday, September 18 - Saturday, September 27). The application process began a month ago (February 19) and will close on Wednesday, April 16 at midnight. Once again, submissions will be accepted ONLY at rochesterfringe.com, and will go directly to all venues chosen by applicants. Because many venues are making offers to shows immediately, there's an advantage to applying sooner rather than later.
