I tried to buy it today at Target (I like owning the physical copy) and none of the stores had it in their shipment.  Also the Target release has three extra songs.

I love it. 911 is my current favorite.

It's a great album. Feels weird listening to it considering the state of the nation. Was bizarre being on twitter last night when the album dropped and seeing Lady Gaga tout it and the gays (said lovingly) freak out over each track and then seeing the protests and burning buildings in Minnesota. If the album hadn't been postponed already, the physical copies shipped, and released in the east hemisphere, it probably would have been better to push the release back a week.

Back to the album, it certainly my favorite Gaga album in many years (and this is from an ARTPOP apologist lol). I look forward to getting to know each track more - but the production, aesthetic cohesiveness, and juxtaposition to her recent releases make it a triumph. I don't think I would have picked "Stupid Love" as the lead single though...

Agreed. She did have a listening party scheduled this morning that she ended up cancelling so that all would focus on the right thing today which was a good move.

I'm loving the album, though. Definitely her most cohesive and strongest all together. Really loving Enigma and Fun Tonight so far. Babylon is a blast too.

The Target edition has a piano demo of 1000 Doves and it is STUNNING.

It was definitely the best thing for her to do. I understand how much work and effort and emotion she must be feeling and how proud she is of this album, but I do think it was a bad look to have her release that video dancing with the caption "I'm so happy" while the news was breaking that protesters had taken the police station in Milwaukee's 3rd precinct. Emotions are charged all over the country and it really sucks for her that it was the night of her album but I do think she came off as callous and uncaring.

Regardless, I love the album.

I think it’s a fine pop album. The lyrics are basic at best, but it’s a fun like workout album or whatever. It’s not ground breaking and honestly feels like B sided from her previous albums. I still think Dua Lipa delivered the best pop album so far this year.

Sad the tour won’t happen though! I love all the interludes and wish she had gone that route.

It's a very good album...her 2nd best after BTW.

Replay and Fun Tonight are my faves x

It’s an incredibly fun album and definitely better than ARTPOP and Joanne, but is it great? Not really.

There are some incredibly catchy tracks (I love Rain on Me, Alice, Sine from Above, and Babylon), but it’s a whole lot of loud nonsense and I think the overall dance club feel overshadows Gaga’s better pop sensibilities.

I think it pales in comparison to some of the other pop releases we’ve gotten in the last few months. It especially stings to know Dua Lipa and Fiona Apple pushed up their releases and they’re both far more satisfying listening experiences, musically and lyrically, but also on the production end. More gloss doesn’t always mean better.

I've listened to  about 2/3 so far.  There are a few songs that stood out, but many of the songs sound repetitious in production.  I always completely listen at least 5 times, so my opinion may change.  So far, there is no song that stood out and I remember.

I'm on my third listen.  I'm liking it a lot more.  There are a few duds, but overall it's enjoyable.

It’s enjoyable but not a masterpiece. I’m sad we won’t get to see
What she was cooking up for her world tour.

I love it. It’s fun, it’s energetic, and it makes me smile. That’s all I expect out of Gaga, and she consistently delivers. I’ve listened through the album 6 or 7 times now and I enjoy it just as much each time.

I think it's aging greatly. Definitely not as good as her first body of work but I do think it is on par with Born This Way. It's a lot of fun

Loved her Vegas show last year.  I like, but don't yet love, "Chromatica:.

Highland Guy, Did you see the dance or slow song show in Vegas?  I was suppose to go to Vegas this month.  All of the tickets for the dance show were resell.  Were not cheap. Not worth $500 for nosebleed to me.  I could have paid around $275 regular price for a okay seat for the other show, but wanted to see the dance one.  I've only saw her perform once live, the Artpop tour.  Made the mistake of having standing on the floor tickets.  Although there were times that I was 10 feet away from her, I would have preferred to watch it from afar, to take everything in.  Give Chromatica, a few more listens.  It will grow on you.

I didn't know until after my husband bought "Enigma" tickets that she was also doing a "Piano and Jazz" show.  After we saw "Enigma," we considered coming back later in the year to see the other show.  But, we paid a BUNCH of money for what we did see.  We joked that we could have bought our own small Caribbean island for the cost of seeing Lady Gaga.  But, our money was definitely well spent.  Great seats, and the show was fun.  Plus.....we were in VEGAS, BABY !!

Great story.  I never knew what the original price was.  By the time I was looking, it was all resale tickets.  Then there was no one I was interested in seeing at either Planet Hollywood or Caesars.  I was content to seeing (for free) the original GoGos on Freemont Street.  Of course, that was all cancelled.  I have airline miles itching to go to Vegas, but it is on hold till the shows come back.  I don't gamble, so my Vegas trip is limited to  shows and day nature trips.

Sad we'll never get to see what her Chromatic tour would have been. I think it's a fun dance/pop album, so the concert would have been a good time!
