Tonight was the Invited Dress and Monday is the first preview.

Did anyone go tonight?

I was at the invited dress tonight.  Not sure what the etiquette is as far as commenting on a dress rehearsal, but I will say that I was largely quite impressed by what I saw.

I am going Tuesday evening, and I beyond excited. This is definitely one of my most anticipated shows of the season.

I think the etiquette seems to be if you have good things to say, feel free to speak loudly and free. If you have criticism wait until at least the first public paid performance haha.

"You can't overrate Bernadette Peters. She is such a genius. There's a moment in "Too Many Mornings" and Bernadette doing 'I wore green the last time' - It's a voice that is just already given up - it is so sorrowful. Tragic. You can see from that moment the show is going to be headed into such dark territory and it hinges on this tiny throwaway moment of the voice." - Ben Brantley (2022) "Bernadette's whole, stunning performance [as Rose in Gypsy] galvanized the actors capable of letting loose with her. Bernadette's Rose did take its rightful place, but too late, and unseen by too many who should have seen it" Arthur Laurents (2009) "Sondheim's own favorite star performances? [Bernadette] Peters in ''Sunday in the Park,'' Lansbury in ''Sweeney Todd'' and ''obviously, Ethel was thrilling in 'Gypsy.'' Nytimes, 2000

The show posted a picture at 9am of their rush line. Looks like it's about 20+ deep already.

I think it'll be exciting to hear from someone going in totally blind!

Planning to grab rush tickets and go tomorrow night! Company is one of my favorite shows and this will be the first time I get to sit and enjoy a professional production (that I'm not working on) so I'm VERY excited.

Does anyone know someone who got a rush ticket for tonight? I wonder how long the line got and how many people actually got tickets.

Got my ticket for tomorrow! So excited!!! I’ve only ever seen a terrible college production and watched the Doyle one on PBS so I’m excited! Love Elliot’s direction!

Excited to hear everyone's thoughts on this (and see any photos of merchandise - those shirt designs on Instagram looked great!) Seeing it in two weeks and counting the days.

I wasn't there but looked on IG and people said they were only giving out singles. Person who was 15th in line didn't get a ticket, not sure when it cut off before it got to her.

Nikki Renee Daniels is in fact covering Bobbie! That's something I'd love to see.

First look at the merch and there's no window card yet. There's a production rep handing out stickers in line to get into the theater in honor of first preview and they're filming the audience entering and within the theater tonight. There's a media release sign posted on the entrance.

There's a photo booth with balloons on the second floor. Can't wait for the show!

I agree. It’s very nice to see Nikki Renee Daniels IS covering Bobbie. Anisha Nagarajan is indeed the only Joanne cover, unless they’ve hired an uncredited standby.
