I believe Dolly's preview was pushed back, but it was with enough time for people to get new seats.

Dolly's first preview wasn't delayed, but Three Tall Women's was.

Where did you find tickets that cheap? I don't see anything under $179

Rows G-J, seats 22-28 in the mezzanine are $109. They're sold out for most of the early dates.

They also may not exist on the weekends. I went with a Thursday as it was the cheaper option!

I have a $109 ticket for a Saturday evening show, so they do exist on the weekends unless they raised the prices (which is very possible!).

No, they're still $109, just much harder to find.

Warren Carlyle and Hugh Jackman are already testing some dance routines for The Music Man --

In a recent interview, Sutton Foster did mention that they will be doing a lab for the show in September. Maybe this will be part of it?

Hm, the content of that tweet makes me wonder if Hugh Jackman is a shill for Ken Davenport....

They're doing for a lab for a production of The Music Man? Really?

Scroll down to the part where Sutton talks about the Music Man. She says there is one lab in September and another one in Feb 2020.

Should we really be that shocked? It’s a Scott Rudin production.....

Except with perhaps the risk of overbaking the whole thing, I personally like that they are taking some time to invest a bit more in the development of this production. Everyone involved from the ticket buyers to Rudin to the creatives to Hugh Jackman probably have high expectations. They have a lot of time to really think through their ideas and test the execution of them before it’s too late.

"You can't overrate Bernadette Peters. She is such a genius. There's a moment in "Too Many Mornings" and Bernadette doing 'I wore green the last time' - It's a voice that is just already given up - it is so sorrowful. Tragic. You can see from that moment the show is going to be headed into such dark territory and it hinges on this tiny throwaway moment of the voice." - Ben Brantley (2022) "Bernadette's whole, stunning performance [as Rose in Gypsy] galvanized the actors capable of letting loose with her. Bernadette's Rose did take its rightful place, but too late, and unseen by too many who should have seen it" Arthur Laurents (2009) "Sondheim's own favorite star performances? [Bernadette] Peters in ''Sunday in the Park,'' Lansbury in ''Sweeney Todd'' and ''obviously, Ethel was thrilling in 'Gypsy.'' Nytimes, 2000

They did a lab for the Carousel revival a couple of seasons back and that was still a Dumpster fire, so I hope this lab is more successful.

Front mezzanine tickets for November of 2020. It is going to be the longest 14 months of my life! Between the election and "The Music Man", November of next year is already filled with tension!

While many (perhaps even most) tickets, especially the most expensive prime orchestra ones, appear to have moved - there is definitely a decent amount of availability in many performances left. I'm sure it'll mostly be gone in the next few months, but it's not a complete immediate sell-out. I wonder if Bette Midler had a stronger start.

Qolbinau, yes when tickets for Bette's HD went on sale 3 years ago, it was the largest 1 day sale in Broadway history.

Thanks for the kind words. I do love New York - where I discovered Broadway when I used to work there. I've also been on this message board since almost Day 1 ( 2003) and enjoy the theatre-related conversations as I can only revisit NYC once in a while.

Now that ticket prices for this show have been released, I can't help but wonder...what will be more expensive? These? Or tickets for Company?

No, it's genuine curiosity. No need to be snarky.
