Good seats are still available. I just scored two seats in the second row center orchestra for the final performance on December 3rd. I'm looking forward to the show.
Yes, Kerry Butler! Been waiting for her to come back to Broadway (I missed Disaster). Was hoping she replaced Rachel Bay Jones in Dear Evan Hansen (thought I doubt she is leaving anytime soon), but this is even better.
Taylor Louderman, is the last person I would think of when I think Regina George...maybe Karen, but I honestly can't imagine the doe-eyed and sweet Taylor Louderman as the hypersexualized, Queen Bee B&*#$ that is Regina George.
She may surprise me, but I thought shed make a great Princess Anna in Frozen, and maybe have Ms Murin play Regina instead.
Or at least have Taylor and Kate Rockwell swap roles.
Ashley Park as Gretchen is INSPIRED. Barrett Wilburt Weed is perfect for Janis. I wonder if Ms. Norbury still plays all the parents as it was rumored she did in the readings, if so Kerry Butler really is perfect for that. Her as Mrs. George already has me laughing.

If anyone lives in the Pittsburgh area, Erika Henningsen is playing Sophie in a regional production of Mamma Mia this weekend...I wasn't going to go but I might now just to see what is up with her lol.

Ooh this is great casting! Taylor Louderman will make a fantastic Regina, I always love seeing actors do roles where they surprise people. I'm most excited for Ashley Park and Barrett though, both are very, very strong actresses with absolutely gorgeous voices. They will kill these roles!
Fantastic casting. I love Taylor Louderman and her casting reminds me of when Rachel McAdams was cast in the movie. Tina Fey said that McAdams secured the role because it takes someone who isn't a bitch to successfully play a bitch.
I really hope this does well. I want it to go down the Legally Blonde route and not the First Wives Club route. Time will tell.
