So I'm watching some Six stuff on Youtube and apparently having American accents is a dealbreaker for some commenters. I mean, I know its Youtube, so I'm not expecting the best but I'm not seeing the problem here. The message is the same but some how the integrity of the show is gone cuz they're not doing British accents? I just don't see how it's bad..

Sixcago has had only 2 performances and already there is discourse about how the London cast is way better, how the lyric changes and American accents are bad etc... Why must fandoms be like this
Anyway glad to hear audiences are enjoying it! I think it could do well in a limited engagement and then transfer Off-Broadway.

I saw it last night! Currently working but will update with more of my thoughts later. I will say now Megan Hilty and Michael James Leslie were my favorites. Also there is no puppet, when Audrey II is first introduced, it’s just Leslie sitting on a wheeled chair with claws. Ridiculous but it works!
