The Suburban Players will hold auditions for their 37th annual dinner theatre production. This year, the group will presenting the musical comedy 'George M!' featuring Gary Dieter in the title role. Auditions are being held on Saturday, November 5, 2011 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Monday, November 7, 2011 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 2504 Cub Hill Road in the Carney area of Baltimore County. No appointment is necessary.

Dundalk Community Theatre opens its 2011/12 season with THE DROWSY CHAPERONE from Nov 4-13. This Broadway show that won the Tony Award for Best Book of a Musical and Best Original Score features the talent of local favorites: Shannon Wollman, Patrick Martyn, Amy Pierson, Robert Tucker, Jeff Burch and Roger Schulman. Individual tickets are $23 for adults, $20 for senior adults and $15 for students/DCT Actors/Children 12 and under.

In the Vags' intimate, historic space, the production takes on a very participatory quality that-in its hugeness-breaks right through the fourth wall and draws the audience in.
