Different Stages presents Miss Lulu Bett, by Zona Gale, the first woman playwright to win the Pulitzer Prize for drama, for this play, in 2021.
Directed by Norman Blumensaadt (The Tavern), Miss Lulu Bett features Bethany Harbaugh (John Gabriel Borkman), Ian King (When We Are Married), Susan Balling (Mrs. Mannerly), Katherine Schroeder (Heartbreak House), Beau Paul (Water by the Spoonful), Lucky Cantu (The Cricket on the Hearth), Brian Headrick (Sordid Lives), Tatum Dishman (Matilda), and Reed Syzdek (Stage Center Theater).
Different Stages is set to present a reading of the first play by a woman to win the Pulitizer Prize, Miss Lulu Bett by Zona Gale. The reading will take place on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 2 pm at The Vortex, 2307 Manor Rd.
