Aurora Theatre ends its season with The Fox on the Fairway opening tonight, May 3, 2012. The play is written by Ken Ludwig (Lend Me a Tenor, Moon Over Buffalo) who 'hits a hole-in-one with his tribute to the great English farces of the 1930s and 1940s. Love and money are in the rough at the Quail Valley Country Club. Two rival country club owners waggle around mistaken identities and play through over-the-top romantic shenanigans in order to stay on the fairway and ace a happy ending. This uproarious golf comedy promises to hit the sweet spot.'

Four Seasons front man Frankie Valli will celebrate his birthday on May 3, and Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Atlanta is marking the occasion by offering audiences a 72-hour ticket sale. From May 3-6, JERSEY BOYS fans can access $53 tickets to select performances of the show's highly anticipated return engagement at the Fox Theatre, playing May 22-June 10 as part of the Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Atlanta 2011-12 season.

Atlanta Lyric Theatre today announced details for the 2012 JR. LYRIC Summer Musical Theatre Workshop. The workshop will take place July 9-20, 2012 and allow area youth the opportunity to audition, rehearse and perform in Disney's Alice in Wonderland Jr. while gaining professional theatre skills. Camp sessions will be held Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Murray Arts Center Campus (2250 Stilesboro Rd, Kennesaw, GA 30152). The camp is open to students ages 10-13 and is limited to 45 participants.

Casting has been announced for the Atlanta return engagement of the Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award-winning hit musical JERSEY BOYS, the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, playing the Fox Theatre May 22-June 10 as part of the Fifth Third Bank Broadway in Atlanta 2011-12 season. The cast of JERSEY BOYS will be led by Brandon Andrus (Nick Massi), Colby Foytik (Tommy DeVito), Jason Kappus (Bob Gaudio) and Brad Weinstock (Frankie Valli) as The Four Seasons, with Barry Anderson and Thomas Fiscella.

"Les Liaisons Dangereuses," by Christopher Hampton, plays Newnan Theatre Company's Black Box April 19-29 Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 8:00 pm, Sundays at 3pm. The drama originated from a French epistolary novel by Choderlos de Laclos, first published in 1782. The two main characters, both so rich they have no concept of the value of money, feel they are above the law and free to play by their own rules. They pretend in public to be all they should be, but behind closed doors they reveal themselves as they truly are.
