Fox Theatre Announces Marquee Club Hires

The Fox Theatre is pleased to announce the Marquee Club presented by Lexus appointments of Executive Chef Marquee Club Alfredo Rodriguez and Marquee Club Manager Paul Delgado, effective immediately. Slated to open fall 2017, the Marquee Club will be a premier membership club with over 10,000 square feet of premium space, which is accessible only for ticketed guests of Fox Theatre events with an annual membership or a single-event pass. The Marquee Club will be open before and during Fox Theatre events, as well as immediately after select events.

Executive Chef Alfredo Rodriguez will oversee the Marquee Club's menu development and food and beverage operations for the 250 plus events housed at the Fox Theatre. Rodriguez brings nearly 20 years of eclectic culinary experience including positions at high volume destinations such as Walt Disney World Resorts and California Center for the Arts. Most recently, Rodriguez was the Chef at Emilio and Gloria Estefan's restaurant Oriente at the Cardozo Hotel in Miami, FL. A native of Puerto Rico, Rodriguez graduated from the New England Culinary Institute with a Bachelor in Culinary Arts. His extensive travels throughout the United States, most notably both on the East and West coasts, drive his food perspective for seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

"I'm delighted to be a part of the history of the Fox Theatre and the Marquee Club as we create an exciting menu that caters to the Mediterranean aesthetic of the Fox while keeping current to fresh ingredients and local partners."

Joining Chef Rodriguez at the Marquee Club will be Manager Paul Delgado. As manager, Delgado will oversee all Marquee Club operations, including hiring and training staff, coordinating vendors, and managing budgets. With nearly 20 years of hospitality experience on his resume, Delgado's varied history includes time with Walt Disney World Resort's Magic Kingdom Theme Park and Ruth's Chris Steak House at both Harrah's Casino in NC and Atlanta's Centennial Park location. Delgado lives in Woodstock, GA with his wife of 23 years and two daughters.

Upon its completion, the Marquee Club will include multi-level interior and climate controlled exterior environments. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy enhanced food and beverage service within the club's five stationary bars with passed and displayed hors d'oeuvres located throughout. Overlooking Atlanta's famed Peachtree Street, the rooftop terrace will allow public access to the Fox Theatre's roof for the first time in decades.

Guests may enter the club before events, during intermission, and after select events. Additional amenities will include priority pre-sale ticketing notifications, private restrooms, dedicated lobby elevator, concierge guest services and self-parking access to an adjacent lot.
