TORCH SONG TEA Welcomes Leading LGBT Food Experts

"Torch Song Tea," the monthly cocktails and conversation series for the Broadway community, will welcome leading LGBT chefs and food writers to discuss food and family, on Sunday, December 9 from 6:30 - 8 PM at The Lambs Club (132 West 44th Street).

The discussion will feature Steve Viksjo, creative director at Jarry, Jake Cohen, food critic for Time Out New York, and Eric Kim, senior food editor at Food52. The discussion will be moderated by Erik Piepenburg, features editor at Serino Coyne.

Let's talk about food and family! Join us as LGBT chefs and food writers talk about how to create meals with our chosen families that bring meaning to the season.

Harvey Fierstein's Torch Song, the critically adored production is now in performances on Broadway under the direction of Tony Award nominee Moisés Kaufman, starring Drama Desk Award winner Michael Urie and Tony and Academy Award winner Mercedes Ruehl at Broadway's Hayes Theater (240 West 44th Street). The production also stars Ward Horton, Roxanna Hope Radja, Michael Hsu Rosen, and Jack DiFalco.
