Actress Juliette Lewis is making her London stage debut this summer in a revival of Sam Shepard's 1983 play Fool for Love, currently playing the Apollo Theatre in London. The show opened on June 13th.

New Zealand-born actor Martin Henderson (Little Fish, Bride and Prejudice) plays Eddie opposite the May of Lewis, who received an Oscar nomination for her work in Cape Fear, and who has also appeared in What's Eating Gilbert Grape and Natural Born Killers, among other films.

"Set in a seedy, claustrophobic motel room on the barren outskirts of the Mojave desert...Fool for Love is a story of two powerless people who love each other. Their love has nothing to do with romance and everything to do with the ravenous monster of desire and the dangerous energy of caged animals," state notes on the show.
