Greg Evigan Releases New Album Recorded With Royal Philharmonic Orchestra
Project was recorded at Abbey Road Studios and features original compositions arranged for full orchestra.
Actor and musician Greg Evigan has released a new album of original compositions recorded with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios in London.
Evigan, known for television roles including B.J. and the Bear and My Two Dads, has maintained a parallel career as a songwriter and musician. The new project marks a large-scale orchestral collaboration, with recordings taking place in Studio One at Abbey Road.
“It’s been a long, enlightening journey putting this project together,” Evigan said. “I was fortunate to work with conductor Joe Curiale. His lush arrangements transformed the music I had previously only played on piano and brought it to life with the grandeur of a 65-piece orchestra.”
The album features eight original tracks, including “Breath That Runs Through” and “Tears Like Rain,” presented in a cinematic orchestral style. The recordings were later mixed and edited by Evigan at a Tarzana studio owned by his son, Grammy-winning musician Jason Evigan.
The album is available on CD, vinyl, and digital platforms including iTunes, Apple Music, Bandcamp, and Amazon Music.
