BWW Previews: JURASSIC WORLD: FALLEN KINGDOM To Release In India, Weeks Before US Release

Gone are the days when Indian audiences had to wait weeks for the most awaited Hollywood movies to sit their home theaters, after they were released in the US. Today most theater going crowds across the two continents can enjoy their favorite movies at the same time.

However what may come as a great news for Indian Juassic Park series fans is that the Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom in India will be released on June 8, two weeks ahead of the film's US release. The sequel to 2015's super-hit Jurassic World will hit the theaters in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu in 2300+ screens around the country.

Directed by J.A Bayona, Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard will reprise their roles from Jurassic World as Owen and Claire, respectively. Bringing back one of the most loved character from 1993 Jurassic Park series actor Jeff Goldblum returns as Dr. Ian Malcolm in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. This year also marks the 25th anniversary of the first Jurassic Park film which was released in 1993. Making it more special is the reunion of Goldblum and renowned director/producer Steven Spielberg who directed Jurassic Park and now is the executive producer of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom promises to be bigger and scarier than the previous films. The prequel of the film, Jurassic World which released in 2015 made box-office collection of Rs. 147 crore in India and ranked among the top five Hollywood films in India.
