Frances Fisher and Paul Ben Victor will star in Sexy Laundry, opening February 8 at the Hayworth Theater.  Written by Michael Riml and directed by Gary Blumsack, Sexy Laundry previews February 1, 2, 3 & 7.

"Sexy Laundry is a saucy, hilarious and extremely touching look at making love in middle age. At that time in life when hard bodies have given way to spare tires, and romance has taken a back seat to more practical pursuits, Alice Lane (Frances Fisher) has decided to get back in the drivers seat.  She has borrowed "Sex for Dummies" from the library and brought her husband, Henry (Paul Ben Victor), to the wildly overpriced L Hotel for the weekend.  With wit and compassion, Sexy Laundry looks at love and marriage and making it work even when 'it' seems broken. And yes, Sexy Laundry is about sex; the kind that a very stubborn, very funny, very lovable couple is about to rediscover, or maybe discover for the first time," explain press notes.

Frances Fisher has a long and successful career in television, film, and theater, including the role of Kate Winslet's mother in the blockbuster hit, Titanic.  Her many television credits include appearances on numerous hit shows, such as "Grey's Anatomy," "Boston Legal," "Medium" and "ER."   In New York, Fisher played the leads in over 30 theatrical productions by such noted writers as Noel Coward, Sam Shepard, Tennessee Williams and Eudora Welty.  The winner of a Drama Desk Award for the American premiere of Three More Sleepless Nights, Fisher originated roles in Elia Kazan's The Chain and Arthur Miller's Finishing the Picture.  Fisher studied with Stella Adler and became a lifetime member of the Actors Studio, auditioning for legendary acting teacher Lee Strasberg.

Paul Ben-Victor has appeared in over eighty productions for both film and television with memorable roles in Daredevil, A Civil Action, True Romance, Tombstone, Houseguest, Crazy in Alabama and The Corruptor.  His TV credits include his portrayal of Moe Howard in the "The Three Stooges" (ABC), hustler Steve Richards on "NYPD Blue," and Spiros Vondas on the acclaimed HBO series "The Wire."  Ben-Victor also joined the cast of "Entourage" (HBO) portraying Alan Grey, head of Warner Bros. Studio.  At The Hayworth, he starred in and directed a successful run of The Good Steno, which he co-authored with his playwright mother, Leah Kornfeld Friedman
