Just last night, New York Theatre Workshop (NYTW) 2017 Spring Gala celebrated partnerships with honorees Dartmouth College, whose residency partnership with NYTW spans a quarter of a century; along with longtime NYTW Usual Suspect and Tony Award-nominated Director Michael Greif (Dear Evan Hansen, War Paint), who was an inaugural member of NYTW's 'New Directors Project' in 1984 and rose to prominence with his direction of Machinal at the Public and Rent at NYTW. Broadway stars Jessie Mueller (Tony Award, BEAUTIFUL), Chesney Snow (IN TRANSIT), Adrienne Warren (SHUFFLE ALONG), Christopher Jackson (HAMILTON), and BD Wong (M BUTTERFLY) joined 60 students from ROSIE'S THEATER KIDS - the musical theater and education organization for NYC public school students -- on stage at the school's annual spring benefit evening, entitled 'Passing It On' at the Kaye Playhouse at Hunter College (68 St. between Park and Lexington Avenues) on Sunday evening, April 23. Hale Centre Theatre, Utah's professional family theater, officially unveiled its 2018 entertainment season that will mark the first full year in the new 130,000 square-foot Mountain America Performing Arts Centre in Sandy City. The 2018 season, sponsored by Mountain America, will feature eight productions on the season ticket and two special engagement productions. They will run non-stop on the theater's proscenium thrust, Jewel Box Stage, and the larger, one-of-a-kind Centre Stage, built by international stage design company Tait Stage Technology. (more...)

Co-created and co-hosted by Nikka Graff Lanzarote (Chicago, Women on the Verge) and Mo Brady (SMASH, The Addams Family), the podcast has covered everything from the Gypsy Robe ceremony, to the audition process, to what it's like to be a Broadway babysitter during its first three years on the air.
