Hilty is just one of the amazing guest faculty teaching in the 20th Anniversary Season of The Young Actors’ Theatre Camp. Tony Award nominee Laura Bell Bundy (Legally Blonde, Hairspray), Natalie Weiss (Wicked, Everyday Rapture), and Damon J. Gillespie (“Tiny Pretty Things,” Newsies), and more are sharing their stories on theatre and entertainment podcast DRAMA. with Connor & Dylan MacDowell. 

Laura speaks passionately about the creation and mission of her album and podcast of the same name, Women of Tomorrow, and credits the work behind both for igniting her passion for learning more about women's history. Laura also shares her thoughts on the important roles both truth and vulnerability play when you are an actor.

Laura Bell Bundy has returned to us with the poignant album WOMEN OF TOMORROW, which keenly mixes the vintage aural soundscapes of The Andrew Sisters, Doris Day, Peggy Lee, and classic MGM movie musicals with many of the contemporary issues facing women, including equal pay, the psychological aspects of motherhood, unrealistic beauty standards, ownership over women's bodies, and more.

Inspired by the music of The Andrew Sisters, Doris Day, Peggy Lee, and classic MGM movie musicals, Women of Tomorrow, is vintage in sound but not in subject matter.  Like the current pop elements sprinkled throughout, this album encapsulates the experiences of today’s modern women in a poignant, thought-provoking and musical way.  

Additional details have been announced for the one-night only, bi-coastal livestream jamfest Rock of Ages: All-Star Reunion Concert tomorrow night, Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 8:00PM ET. All ticket purchasers will have the option of watching the concert live and/or on demand for an additional 24 hours through Monday, April 26.

The “supergroup” of a lineup for the concert event will now also feature the following alumni of the hit musical: Grammy Award-winning “Tenacious D” musician Kyle Gass; Emmy Award-winning comedian and television host Chris Hardwick; Drama Desk-nominated Broadway star Kate Rockwell; Helen Hayes Award winner Mitchell Jarvis; Theatre World Award-winning Broadway favorite Wesley Taylor and stage & recording artist Becca Kötte.

THE SPOTLIGHT SERIES, a bi-monthly livestreamed concert series created by A LITTLE NEW MUSIC will “spotlight” the music of composer/lyricist team Selda Sahin and Derek Gregor on April 6th.
