Stars in the House continues tonight (8pm ET) with another Scandal reunion! Dust off your suits, gladiators! 

Dust off your suits, gladiators!  Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley announced today that the cast of “Scandal” will come together again for another for a very special episode of “Stars In The House” which will livestream on PEOPLE’s social platforms Saturday, February 6 at 8pm ET.  

Don’t touch the merchandise! A new, “gaytastic” comic solo play, written and performed by self-confessed rage-aholic Tom DeTrinis, will be filmed live at L.A.’s Pico Playhouse for digital release by IAMA Theatre Company. Directed by Drew Droege, Making Friends will be available for viewing beginning Dec. 17 and continue streaming through Jan. 11, 2021.

Tony Award-winning Broadway producer and 2019 ACLU/NYCLU honoree Eva Price (Oklahoma!, Jagged Little Pill), who was recently announced on the inaugural list of Crain's Notable LGBTQ Leaders & Executives, will welcome a whole new slate of stars to her podcast 'My First Show,' exclusively on Broadway Podcast Network.

Gladiators, it's time to break out the white hats! Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley announced today that the cast of 'Scandal' will reunite for a very special episode of 'Stars In The House' which will livestream on PEOPLE's social platforms Wednesday, July 29 at 8pm ET.

IAMA Theatre Company has joined forces with ScreenCraft to present the third annual Stage Play Writing Competition. IAMA co-artistic director Stefanie Black will join a jury of industry professionals to help choose the winning script, which will receive a $1,000.00 cash prize; be circulated to Screencraft's network of playwrights, theater companies, producers, literary managers, agents and award-winning writers; and be given a weeklong workshop, produced by IAMA and culminating in a reading before an audience of writers and entertainment industry professionals.

IAMA Theatre Company has named playwright Ryan J. Haddad as the 2020 recipient of the Rhimes Unsung Voices Playwriting Commission. The commission, sponsored by award-winning writer and producer Shonda Rhimes (Grey's Anatomy, Scandal), was created to help grow and nourish budding playwrights and artists.

Panelists have been announced for a?oeL.A. Theatre Goes Digital: Creating Online,a?? this Thursday, May 7, at 3 pm PT. The second in Center Theatre Group's bi-weekly discussion series L.A. Theatre Speaks, the talk will feature local artistic directors DJ Kurs (Deaf West Theatre), Stephen Sachs (Fountain Theatre) and Yuval Sharon(The Industry) as well as Katie Lowes (IAMA Theatre Company Co-Artistic Director) and Amy Levinson (Geffen Playhouse Associate Artistic Director).
